About the courses
Do I need any experience to start?
No. The recorded workshops, the live courses and the free sessions all assume you are starting from nothing.
Are the live sessions recorded?
Yes. If you miss a week, or a time zone makes the live session impossible, you get the recording. Plenty of people take the whole course that way.
Will I have to speak or be on camera?
No. You are very welcome to sit with your camera off and say nothing at all.
Where do I watch once I have joined?
Log in and open My learning. Every course you have joined is listed there, with your progress saved.
Can I get a refund?
The details are on the refunds page. In short, live courses cannot be refunded once they have started, because your place was held for you.
